Job Requirements
- 5+ years experience in restaurant management
- Experience in fast casual restaurant chains preferred
- Managed and developed 25+ team members per shift
- Knowledge of P&L, COGS, budget development, financial planning and strategy
- Skills in decision making, process improvement, strategic planning, labor scheduling, training and team development
- Experience with food safety and planning
- Regional Manager's Food Safety Certification (ServSafe Manager’s Certification) required
- Ability to manage multiple tasks including food, beverage and labor costs while maintaining operational standards
- Good communication skills with diverse staff
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Self-starter with initiative and strong communication
- Customer service-oriented
- Innovative mindset
- Passion for real food
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
