Job Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in restaurant management
  • Experience in fast casual restaurant chains preferred
  • Managed and developed 25+ team members per shift
  • Knowledge of P&L, COGS, budget development, financial planning and strategy
  • Skills in decision making, process improvement, strategic planning, labor scheduling, training and team development
  • Experience with food safety and planning
  • Regional Manager's Food Safety Certification (ServSafe Manager’s Certification) required
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks including food, beverage and labor costs while maintaining operational standards
  • Good communication skills with diverse staff
  • Coachable and open to feedback
  • Self-starter with initiative and strong communication
  • Customer service-oriented
  • Innovative mindset
  • Passion for real food
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
