Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or related role
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
  • Capacity to lift 30 to 50 pounds regularly
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Oversee kitchen operations and dining room service
  • Estimate food and beverage usage and place orders with suppliers
  • Total daily cash and charge receipts
  • Check food preparation quality and portion sizes
  • Resolve customer complaints about food or service
  • Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas according to company standards
  • Recruit, hire, orient, and train new staff
  • Schedule staff work hours to cover peak dining periods
  • Monitor staff and guest actions to ensure safety and compliance with liquor laws
