Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or related role
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
- Capacity to lift 30 to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Oversee kitchen operations and dining room service
- Estimate food and beverage usage and place orders with suppliers
- Total daily cash and charge receipts
- Check food preparation quality and portion sizes
- Resolve customer complaints about food or service
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas according to company standards
- Recruit, hire, orient, and train new staff
- Schedule staff work hours to cover peak dining periods
- Monitor staff and guest actions to ensure safety and compliance with liquor laws
