Job Requirements
- minimum of 2 years general manager experience in food service and/or hospitality industry
- ability to lead influence and develop team members
- natural capacity to quickly establish and build effective relationships
- self-motivated results-oriented and customer-focused team player
- ability to routinely hold self accountable for performance and take absolute ownership
- high energy and ability to react to situations quickly and decisively
- ability to communicate with restaurant managers and crew and keep them current on business procedures and guidelines
- must be at least 18 years of age
- valid drivers license
- must be able to pass a background check
