Job Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in high-volume restaurant management
- At least 2+ years in a multi-unit leadership role
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Ability to work full-time 40-50 hours per week including some weekends
- Proven track record in managing multi-unit restaurant operations
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of food safety and customer service

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of five (5) restaurant locations
- Recruit, interview, and build high-performing teams aligned with our people-first culture
- Train, coach, and support team members with a hands-on, growth-focused approach
- Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction across all locations
- Maintain a safe and compliant working environment
- Foster a strong, positive team culture while maintaining morale and retention
- Identify operational inefficiencies and lead improvements
- Collaborate across departments including Accounting, Operations, and People & Culture
- Develop and implement systems that scale across multiple locations
- Build strong relationships with local communities and drive brand loyalty
- Make guest- and financial-centric decisions to meet revenue and profitability goals
