Job Duties
- Identify and develop top-performing team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Oversee recruiting, hiring, and training of restaurant staff
- Manage financial operations including budgeting and analyzing profit and loss statements
- Provide clear and consistent coaching and mentorship to staff
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, health, safety, and food safety standards
