Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management
  • Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work long or irregular shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2 years of college preferred
  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
  • Ability to prioritize own and others' work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work long and irregular shifts as needed

Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations of the restaurant
  • Oversee restaurant profitability and actively manage P&L
  • Drive sales through guest service, people development, and operations management
  • Motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, friendly, and fast service in a clean facility
  • Manage the guest experience by responding timely to guest issues and solving root causes of feedback
  • Lead recruitment, on-boarding, and training of new team members
  • Implement recognition programs and provide coaching and feedback to team members and managers
  • Manage labor scheduling for optimal staffing
  • Enforce compliance with government regulations, employment laws, and company policies
  • Maintain operational and brand standards
  • Perform Assistant Manager and Hourly Shift Coordinator duties when necessary
