Job Requirements

  • minimum of 1 year restaurant management experience
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • management: 1 year
  • proficient in English
  • valid driver's license
  • open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 1 year restaurant management experience
  • excellent interpersonal, organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proficient in English
  • valid driver's license
  • experience in hiring, financial reporting, and operations is a plus

Job Duties

  • represent the company in a professional manner at all times
  • have open availability, willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • resolve employee issues including shift call-outs according to company policy
  • generate weekly schedule to control labor cost
  • collect and account for all money transactions daily
  • coordinate bank deposits, daily invoicing, and all paperwork
  • review employment applications, recruit, interview, hire, and train new employees
  • recommend promotion and/or termination of employees
  • conduct performance management duties including written and verbal staff evaluations and corrective actions
  • coordinate all store food orders accurately based on company goals
  • observe personnel for compliance with appearance, uniform policies, customer service expectations, and quality control
  • stand on feet for prolonged periods
  • lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • perform any and all other duties assigned or requested
