Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED minimum
2 to 4 years of leadership experience in the QSR or retail environment with P&L accountability
strong analytical skills
decision-making skills

excellent communication skills
proven team building experience
passion for excellence in food quality, service, cleanliness, and operational speed
proficiency in basic business math and computer literacy
