The General Manager role at DRG is a pivotal leadership position designed for a dynamic and experienced individual passionate about restaurant management and team development. This full-time position offers a starting wage between $19.50 and $25.00 per hour depending on experience and availability. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations including recruiting, training, P&L management, food quality, food safety, and staff development. They act as the primary liaison between the restaurant team and corporate leadership, ensuring that company culture and operational standards are consistently met or exceeded.
