We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Director of Operations to lead our multifaceted operations while embodying our core values of integrity and ethics. This pivotal leadership role requires someone who can oversee multiple full-service casual dining locations with a focus on maintaining excellence in service, financial performance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management with at least five years in a Director or Regional leadership role overseeing eight or more locations. This role demands expertise in managing liquor, beer, and wine programs, sharp financial acumen including budgets, forecasting, and cost control, as well as a servant leadership style that inspires and motivates teams.

Job Requirements
- 5+ years in a current Director or Regional title role overseeing 8+ locations
