Job Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in a director or regional leadership role
  • experience managing full-service and casual dining concepts
  • knowledge of liquor, beer and wine programs
  • excellent integrity and character
  • proficiency with financials, budgets, forecasts and cost control
  • ability to travel within Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky
  • no more than 3 job changes in the last 10 years
  • servant and hands-on leadership style
  • professional demeanor with excellent leadership capabilities

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in a director or regional leadership role
  • knowledge of full-service and casual dining operations
  • understanding of liquor, beer and wine program management
  • strong integrity and ethical character
  • proficiency in financial management including budgets and forecasts

Job Duties

  • Oversee operations across 6 or more restaurant locations
  • manage full-service and casual dining concept operations
  • develop and execute liquor, beer, and wine programs
  • lead financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • travel within Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky regions to support operations
  • demonstrate servant leadership and hands-on management style
  • build and maintain strong community and local networking relationships
