Job Requirements

5+ years experience in a director or regional leadership role
experience managing full-service and casual dining concepts
knowledge of liquor, beer and wine programs
excellent integrity and character
proficiency with financials, budgets, forecasts and cost control
ability to travel within Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky
no more than 3 job changes in the last 10 years
servant and hands-on leadership style
professional demeanor with excellent leadership capabilities

Job Qualifications

5+ years experience in a director or regional leadership role
knowledge of full-service and casual dining operations
understanding of liquor, beer and wine program management
strong integrity and ethical character
proficiency in financial management including budgets and forecasts
excellent leadership and communication skills
previous stability with no more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years
local community networking experience
professional demeanor and servant leadership approach

Job Duties

Oversee operations across 6 or more restaurant locations
manage full-service and casual dining concept operations
develop and execute liquor, beer, and wine programs
lead financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
travel within Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky regions to support operations
demonstrate servant leadership and hands-on management style
build and maintain strong community and local networking relationships
