This position offers flexible shifts including opening, closing, and in-between, making it accessible for a wide range of schedules.
This entry-level opportunity is perfect for individuals with or without prior restaurant experience, as we provide comprehensive paid training to equip all new crewmembers with the skills needed to succeed. Starting pay is $12.00 per hour, with the chance to earn up to an additional $1.50 per hour through ongoing training, certifications, and performance evaluations during your first year. Job Qualifications
- No previous restaurant experience required
- ability to work flexible shifts including opening and closing shifts
- good communication skills
- ability to work well in a team
- customer service experience preferred but not required
- strong attention to detail
- enthusiastic and positive attitude
Job Duties
- Lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- kneel, bend, twist or stoop as needed
- ascend or descend stairs
- reach and grasp objects including above head and below waistline
- provide excellent verbal and written communication
- show up to scheduled shifts on time
- clean tables, floors and other areas of the restaurant
- take orders from customers and process payments efficiently
- follow proper safety procedures when handling and preparing food
- multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
