Employees earn a competitive pay rate starting at $17.50 per hour, with an additional $2.00 hourly premium for overnight shifts between midnight and 5:00 AM. There are also opportunities to increase earnings through roles such as Certified Team Member (additional $0.50/hr) and Trainer (additional $1.50/hr). The Team Member’s responsibilities are diverse: preparing menu items to Wonder’s exacting standards while maintaining cleanliness and inventory; engaging warmly with guests to assist with ordering, payments, and app support; contributing to light local marketing efforts; upholding superior sanitary conditions; and actively supporting the team through a positive, energetic attitude. This position requires individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with speed and accuracy under pressure. Candidates must have a minimum of six months experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing environment, and show proficiency in food safety practices, communication, and teamwork. Physical requirements include the ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for entire shifts, and work weekends. Additionally, candidates must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US, with food handler certification or willingness to obtain where applicable.
