The Team Member role at Wonder is pivotal, blending culinary craftsmanship with outstanding customer service. Team Members are responsible for preparing menu items to Wonder's exacting standards, managing inventory, adhering strictly to food safety guidelines like HACCP, and maintaining cleanliness and order in kitchen and dining areas. Wonder offers competitive pay starting at $17.50 per hour, with an additional $2.00 per hour premium for overnight shifts between midnight and 5 AM. Certified Team Members and Trainers can earn further hourly bonuses.
