The Team Member role at Wonder is a comprehensive opportunity designed for individuals seeking to grow their careers in the culinary and hospitality industries. Available in both full-time and part-time capacities at their Yorktown Heights location, this position offers competitive pay starting at $17.50 per hour, with an overnight shift premium of an additional $2.00 per hour for work done between midnight and 5:00 AM. Team Members can also increase their earning potential through positions such as Certified Team Member or Trainer, with bonuses available for eligible individuals.

As a Team Member, you will actively contribute to bringing Wonder's diverse menus to life, preparing food to the highest standards while maintaining cleanliness and organization in your work station. The role demands adherence to strict HACCP and food safety guidelines, ensuring every dish meets Wonder’s quality assurance. Portion management, inventory scanning, and order accuracy are also critical components of your daily responsibilities. Additionally, your role extends beyond the kitchen to delivering exceptional hospitality. You'll regularly wash and restock utensils and cookware, manage trash and recycling, and promptly report any equipment issues.
