As a Team Member at Wonder, you will be an integral part of a fast-paced, fun environment where your efforts directly contribute to exceptional guest experiences. Wonder offers both full-time and part-time positions at its Westwood location, paying a competitive rate of $18.50 per hour, with additional incentives such as a premium of $2.00 per hour for overnight shifts between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM. There are also opportunities to increase earnings through roles such as Certified Team Member and Trainer, which come with hourly pay bonuses.

Your role will involve preparing food items according to Wonder's high standards while maintaining cleanliness and organization in your work station. You'll be responsible for ensuring food safety and proper storage at all times, managing inventory, and verifying order accuracy before they leave the kitchen. Beyond food preparation, you will deliver excellent hospitality by greeting guests, assisting with their orders and payments, supporting meal-kit and delivery operations, and engaging in light local marketing to promote Wonder's unique offerings.

Maintaining a clean and safe environment is crucial; therefore, you will uphold top-tier sanitation standards across kitchen and dining areas. You'll be expected to wash and restock utensils and equipment and properly manage waste and recycling. Teamwork is highly valued, so you'll support your colleagues, contribute to a positive work atmosphere, and embrace leadership development opportunities, such as becoming a Trainer or Supervisor.
