The role includes preparing menu items to Wonder’s exacting standards, following all food safety guidelines such as HACCP, managing accurate inventory scans, packing orders precisely, and ensuring everything is correct before it goes out.

In addition to culinary responsibilities, Team Members engage with guests by providing exceptional service through warm greetings, assisting with orders, pickups, payments, and navigating the Wonder app. They also support meal kit and delivery operations, maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen and dining areas, and participate in local marketing efforts to help expand the company’s community presence. Wonder offers a competitive pay rate starting at $17.50 per hour, with overnight shifts earning an additional $2.00 per hour premium between midnight and 5:00 AM. Opportunities to increase earnings include premiums for Certified Team Members and Trainers.
