Job Requirements

A desire for meeting and exceeding customer expectations on every visit
Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment
Ability to ensure proper food preparation and presentation
Ability to follow proper health code guidelines
Excellence in cash handling and suggestive selling techniques
Willingness to be a brand ambassador and promote company programs
Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in customer service, foodservice, or retail sales is beneficial but not required
Ability to follow safety and health regulations
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math and cash handling abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities

Job Duties

Provide prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests
Operate cashier and process customer transactions
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store and food preparation areas
Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
Follow proper health code guidelines and food safety practices
Use suggestive selling techniques and promote the loyalty rewards program
Support team members and assist in daily store operations as needed
