Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic cash handling proficiency
- Ability to promote brand and loyalty programs
- Capacity to perform physical work including standing and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible schedules
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in cashiering, customer service, retail sales, or foodservice is a plus but not required
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to multitask and perform physical duties
Job Duties
- Provide prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous food service to guests
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment ensuring customer readiness
- Prepare, present, and ensure freshness of all foodservice products
- Follow proper health code guidelines strictly
- Handle cash transactions accurately and perform suggestive selling
- Promote 7-Eleven brand and loyalty rewards program actively
- Perform physical tasks including repeated bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
