The role of a Line Cook at Crescent Hotels & Resorts is central to the culinary team and offers a dynamic work experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality food items with precision and creativity, transforming fresh ingredients into culinary masterpieces that delight the taste buds of guests. This position requires at least 2 years of similar experience in a kitchen setting and a natural talent for culinary arts. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of professional kitchen experience
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Strong knife skills and cooking techniques
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items

Job Duties
