Applebee's - Lancaster Mall is a well-established casual dining restaurant located in Salem, OR. We are currently seeking a dedicated Restaurant Cook to join our team on either a full-time or part-time basis. This role is vital to maintaining the high-quality food service that Applebee's is known for. The restaurant cook's responsibilities include preparing food items according to established recipes, menu items, and accommodating any special dietary or nutritional restrictions, ensuring that every dish meets or exceeds hospitality and service standards. The position requires an individual who can work efficiently to prepare the appropriate quantity of food within required deadlines while maintaining strict cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards in the kitchen. The cook will also manage inventory by determining and ordering food and supplies to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked for service periods.
Being a cook at Applebee's - Lancaster Mall involves collaborating with a dedicated kitchen team, including line cooks, prep cooks, and sous chefs. While previous experience in back of house kitchen roles is beneficial, it is not mandatory as we value a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn above all.
