Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or ged
  • ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
  • ability to work in a stationery position and move about the cafe for prolonged periods of time
  • servsafe certification required within the first 90 days of hire
  • cpr/aed certification required within the first 30 days of hire

Job Qualifications

  • experience in restaurant with fast casual or full service experience
  • experience prepping recipes

Job Duties

  • adheres to the daily needs for the bistro including but not limited to stocking supplies maintaining cleanliness and ensuring safety of kitchen
  • maintains Lifecafe and kitchen cleanliness including but not limited to sweeping mopping cleaning kitchen equipment and washing dishes
  • manages the flow of food production in conjunction with the sandwich and salad stations
  • follows recipes to ensure consistency freshness and quality of ingredients while preparing food
