Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged
- ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
- ability to work in a stationery position and move about the cafe for prolonged periods of time
- servsafe certification required within the first 90 days of hire
- cpr/aed certification required within the first 30 days of hire
Job Qualifications
- experience in restaurant with fast casual or full service experience
- experience prepping recipes
Job Duties
- adheres to the daily needs for the bistro including but not limited to stocking supplies maintaining cleanliness and ensuring safety of kitchen
- maintains Lifecafe and kitchen cleanliness including but not limited to sweeping mopping cleaning kitchen equipment and washing dishes
- manages the flow of food production in conjunction with the sandwich and salad stations
- follows recipes to ensure consistency freshness and quality of ingredients while preparing food
