Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
- Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the cafe for prolonged periods of time
- ServSafe certification required within first 90 days of hire
- CPR/AED certification required within first 30 days of hire
Job Qualifications

- Experience in fast casual or full service restaurant preferred
- Experience prepping recipes preferred
Job Duties
- Adheres to daily needs for the bistro including stocking supplies maintaining cleanliness and ensuring kitchen safety
- Maintains LifeCafe and kitchen cleanliness including sweeping mopping cleaning kitchen equipment and washing dishes
- Manages food production flow in conjunction with sandwich and salad stations
- Follows recipes to ensure consistency freshness and quality of ingredients while preparing food
- Complies with food safety guidelines and maintains sanitary work environment
