  • prior experience in a kitchen or cooking role preferred

Job Duties

  • prepare food items according to menu recipes and special dietary or nutritional restrictions
  • determine food and supplies needed to keep the kitchen running and stocked during service
  • ensure food preparation meets quantity and deadline requirements
  • follow proper health procedures and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • collaborate with kitchen team members to maintain smooth operation
  • monitor food quality and presentation to meet hospitality standards
  • maintain kitchen equipment and work area in a clean and organized manner
