prior experience in a kitchen or cooking role preferred

Job Duties

prepare food items according to menu recipes and special dietary or nutritional restrictions
determine food and supplies needed to keep the kitchen running and stocked during service
ensure food preparation meets quantity and deadline requirements
follow proper health procedures and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
collaborate with kitchen team members to maintain smooth operation
monitor food quality and presentation to meet hospitality standards
maintain kitchen equipment and work area in a clean and organized manner
