The Food Service Worker role at the Pueblo of Sandia plays a crucial part in delivering high-quality food service and hospitality to guests and community members. Job Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to follow instructions accurately

- Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as carrying dishes and supplies

Job Duties
- Facilitate food service by cleaning tables, carrying dirty dishes, and replacing soiled table linens
- Replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes
- Supply service bar with food and serve water, butter, and coffee to patrons
- Clean spilled food, drinks and broken dishes, and remove empty bottles and trash
- Carry food, dishes, trays, and silverware from kitchens and supply departments to serving counters
- Carry trays from tables and booths with soiled dishes to kitchen and dish room
- Fill beverage and ice dispensers
- Maintain adequate supplies of clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, and trays
- Replenish supplies of food and equipment at steam tables and service bars
- Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes to kitchens for cleaning
- Demonstrate sense of urgency when greeting guests and turning tables
- Assist in running food to tables and lounge
- Assist with room service orders to guest rooms when needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
