The Food Service Worker role at the Pueblo of Sandia plays a crucial part in delivering high-quality food service and hospitality to guests and community members. This position involves a variety of essential tasks that ensure a seamless dining experience from the preparation and delivery of food to the maintenance and cleanliness of serving areas. The main responsibilities include facilitating food service by cleaning tables, carrying and managing dirty dishes, replenishing supplies such as linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes, as well as supplying the service bar and serving patrons with basic amenities such as water, butter, and coffee. Beyond these tasks, the Food Service Worker also contributes to maintaining the overall hygiene and atmosphere by promptly cleaning spills, removing trash, and keeping beverage dispensers filled.
