Job Requirements
- Completion of mixology, barkeeping, or other related training required
- At least one year of related experience is preferred
- Must be legal drinking age or older
- Ability to remain calm when dealing with unruly and argumentative patrons
- Ability to complete orders quickly and accurately
- Prolonged periods standing and preparing drinks
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Duties
- Clean, set up, and stock the bar and all related areas as determined by the manager
- Check the service station's bar requisitions to ensure correct set-up and cleanliness
- Follow all sequence of service guidelines according to the manual and job description
- Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks
- Serve wine and other draught or bottled beer
- Collect money for drinks served
- Order and requisition liquors and supplies
- Place bottled goods and glasses to make an attractive display
- Clean bar and restock glasses
- Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks
- Maintain bar cleanliness and complete daily cleaning duties
- Replenish beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction
- Inventory and put away the liquor in proper storage space
- Assist the restaurant dining services when and where appropriate
- Assist with seating guests if necessary
- Ensure all tables and chairs are clean for the next meal period at the end of each shift
- Perform other related duties as assigned
