The Wing Factory is a renowned restaurant chain that began its journey in 1997 in Sandy Springs, just north of Atlanta. Founded by a group of friends fresh out of college who decided to follow their passion rather than pursue corporate jobs, the establishment has evolved from a humble 700-square-foot wing shack into a beloved neighborhood eatery with four thriving locations. The Wing Factory is currently seeking an enthusiastic Bartender to join their dynamic team. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the guest experience by providing exceptional service and crafting classic and innovative drinks that delight customers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mixology and customer engagement, capable of creating beverages that exceed guests’ expectations. Bartenders at The Wing Factory are responsible not only for preparing and serving drinks but also for maintaining an organized and well-stocked bar, ensuring compliance with food and beverage regulations, and nurturing a hospitable environment.

The bartender position offers compensation through payroll and tips, reflecting the company’s appreciation for excellent service. Responsibilities include preparing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, interacting with customers to take orders and recommend drinks, mixing cocktails using a variety of ingredients, planning and presenting the bar menu, and verifying customer identification in accordance with legal requirements. The ability to restock supplies efficiently and maintain cleanliness behind the bar is essential to supporting smooth operations.

Job Duties

  • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
  • interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
  • assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
  • plan and present bar menu
  • check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
