Job Requirements
- must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of various alcoholic beverages
- must have basic mathematical skills to operate a cash register, make change, and prepare cash drops
- must have sufficient manual dexterity to use a knife for garnish and handle glassware and bottles
- must be able to communicate in English

Job Duties

- inputs orders into the register and creates checks for all guests
- handles cash transactions, verifies charges, records charges, and balances all money
- locks up and secures all beverage, food and equipment items, deposits cash drops and secures bank
- complies with attendance rules and is available to work regularly
