Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years restaurant/bar management experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Financial acumen with budgeting and inventory experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant / Bar Manager or higher in the restaurant industry
- Proven leadership in overseeing daily operations and team performance
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with budgeting, inventory tracking, and financial reporting
- Ability to hire, train, and motivate staff
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
Job Duties
- Provide support to the General Manager during daily operations
- Manage shifts to ensure company standards are maintained
- Supervise and develop team members
- Perform inventory control and scheduling
- Maintain sanitation and food supply standards
- Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures
- Monitor stock and supplies
