Job Requirements
- High school diploma and 1-2 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant or related field
- Current Manager ServSafe Certification required within first few months
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance and a driving history acceptable to the company

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage daily operations and staff effectively
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history
Job Duties
- Train and develop team members to deliver high-quality food and excellent guest experience
- Provide leadership to create a positive work environment that supports professional and personal growth
- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring efficiency and compliance
- Maintain health and safety standards including obtaining and upholding Manager ServSafe Certification
- Manage scheduling and labor costs to meet budget goals
- Resolve customer issues effectively and enhance guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with other management and corporate teams to drive business success
