TooJay's is currently seeking Full-Service Restaurant Assistant Managers for its Villages locations, specifically at Brownwood Paddock Square and Lake Sumter Landing. These Assistant Manager roles provide a significant opportunity for career advancement in the hospitality industry, with managers being assigned to one of these two locations after completing an initial training period. The position is a full-time, salaried role with an annual pay range of $55,000 to $65,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma and 1-2 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant or related field
  • Current Manager ServSafe Certification required within first few months
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance and a driving history acceptable to the company
