Job Requirements

  • High school diploma and 1-2 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant or related field
  • Current Manager ServSafe Certification required within first few months
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance and a driving history acceptable to the company

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant or related field
  • Current Manager ServSafe Certification preferred or willingness to obtain within the first few months
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage daily operations and staff effectively
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history

Job Duties

  • Train and develop team members to deliver high-quality food and excellent guest experience
  • Provide leadership to create a positive work environment that supports professional and personal growth
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring efficiency and compliance
  • Maintain health and safety standards including obtaining and upholding Manager ServSafe Certification
  • Manage scheduling and labor costs to meet budget goals
  • Resolve customer issues effectively and enhance guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other management and corporate teams to drive business success
