Now, Apple Mountain is seeking talented and dedicated Restaurant Managers to join our leadership team. This role is crucial in upholding the reputation of Applebee's as a premier casual dining destination. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in casual dining, as well as a passion for providing outstanding customer service. Since this is a leadership position, applicants must be at least 21 years old.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front-of-house operations, directing service teams, and collaborating closely with assistant managers and other restaurant management team members. You will ensure that high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness are consistently met, while driving team performance and guest satisfaction. Your leadership will influence the daily operations of the restaurant, focusing on employee engagement, training, and development to promote a positive and productive workplace.
