We are currently seeking vibrant and experienced Assistant Restaurant Managers for our Midland and Odessa locations. This is a full-time position with shifts that include 10-hour and 8-hour options, available during the morning, day, and evening, with weekend availability required. The salary range is competitive, offering $14 to $16.50 per hour. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Restaurant Manager by optimizing food and labor costs while maintaining the high standards of JumBurrito’s renowned quality, service, and cleanliness. Your leadership will be instrumental in motivating and managing a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences consistently.

This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to lead by example, maintaining a friendly and productive environment where employees are inspired to perform at their best. You will collaborate closely with management to ensure operational goals are met, oversee schedules, and implement training programs that foster skill development and compliance with health and safety standards. In addition to operational duties, you will be expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of restaurant processes, customer service approaches, and team dynamics. Job Requirements
