Job Description
This job posting is for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not Jack in the Box Inc. This means that if you are hired, your employer will be the independent franchisee and not the corporate entity Jack in the Box Inc. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment-related matters including setting job requirements, making hiring and firing decisions, managing discipline, establishing wages, providing supervision, and determining staffing and scheduling. This distinction ensures that the management and operations of the restaurant are highly localized and reflective of the franchisee's other business goals and practices.
