The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment-related matters including setting job requirements, making hiring and firing decisions, managing discipline, establishing wages, providing supervision, and determining staffing and scheduling. This distinction ensures that the management and operations of the restaurant are highly localized and reflective of the franchisee's other business goals and practices.

The position being offered is that of an Assistant Manager who is responsible for managing all functions of the restaurant during shifts when the General Manager is not on duty. Job Requirements

Job Duties
- manages a staff of approximately three to 15 employees
