2 - 4 years of progressive management experience in a full-service restaurant
proven leadership and communication skills
ability to build relationships with management and vendors
strong organizational skills
commitment to team success
knowledge of food specifications and restaurant operations

Job Qualifications

proven leadership skills

ability to follow-through
chain restaurant experience strongly preferred

Job Duties

Manage daily restaurant operations with a focus on flawless execution, increasing profit and enhancing the guest experience
promote a teaching and learning environment
oversee P&L, food cost and inventory management
build and maintain strong relationships with management, colleagues and vendors while demonstrating leadership and integrity
motivate team members to accomplish goals
ensure knowledge and execution of food specifications
