Job Description

Vitall Partners is a franchise organization operating under the Golden Corral brand, which is known for its diverse, high-quality buffet-style dining experience. Golden Corral is a well-established name in the restaurant industry, popularly recognized for offering an array of menu items in a hospitality-focused setting. Vitall Partners is currently seeking motivated individuals to join their team in an entry-level hourly management position, designed for those passionate about gaining comprehensive experience in restaurant management and operations. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are eager to grow professionally within a reputable organization and who appreciate a dynamic work environment where every day offers new challenges and learning experiences.

As part of this role, you will be cross-trained across multiple skill areas within the restaurant, including food production, front and back-of-house operations, ordering and receiving inventory, storage management, and contributing to menu planning. This position works closely with General and Associate Managers to ensure that the restaurant's operational standards are met with a focus on quality food, guest hospitality, cleanliness, and adherence to company procedures and systems. An integral component of this role involves completing a certification program structured around various learning modules, which equip assistants with the skills needed for in-store management.

When a salaried restaurant manager is not on duty, the Assistant Manager takes on a pivotal leadership role, managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations to maintain smooth daily functioning. This independent leadership component allows for practical, hands-on management experience. Vitall Partners values employees who want to deepen their management skills and offers paid training alongside opportunities for advancement within the Golden Corral franchise. This organization promotes a culture of growth and development, making it an excellent choice for individuals seeking long-term career progression in restaurant management.

The position requires a readiness to engage physically with the work environment, including standing and walking for extended periods and performing physically demanding tasks like heavy lifting. Candidates will find themselves working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that values efficiency, quality, and excellent customer service. With multiple locations, there may be travel or relocation requirements, providing variety and additional opportunities within the franchise organization.

In addition to hands-on experience and leadership development, Vitall Partners and Golden Corral provide a benefit package designed to support employees and their families. Benefits include free food and snacks during shifts, health insurance, and other incentives that demonstrate the company’s commitment to employee well-being and satisfaction. This comprehensive package complements the career-enhancing experience and training provided, making this role a well-rounded opportunity for aspiring restaurant managers.

Overall, this hourly assistant management position presents a unique chance for those looking to enter or advance in the restaurant management field within a reputable, nationally recognized franchise. Vitall Partners and the Golden Corral brand offer a supportive and dynamic workplace with clear pathways for professional development, ensuring that each team member receives the tools and resources necessary to succeed and contribute meaningfully to the organization.
