As a Restaurant Assistant Manager at DiBella’s, you will play a vital role in leading the crew and ensuring smooth, efficient operations during your shift. This position offers a workweek structured around approximately 45 hours, which is designed to balance productivity with quality of life, including 40 hours paid at regular time plus 5 hours of overtime. This schedule provides a better alternative to excessive long shifts common in the restaurant industry. DiBella’s Assistant Managers enjoy no late nights or overnight shifts, no fryer-related cooking, no alcohol service, and opportunities for career growth within the organization.
