Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours)
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 40 pounds
- Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (kitchen heat, cooler storage)
- Ability to navigate a busy dining room and kitchen safely
- Weekends and holidays are required
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of restaurant leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- Organized, reliable, and committed to operational excellence
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Local food handlers and ServSafe certifications is a plus
Job Duties
- Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Execute opening and closing procedures according to company standards
- Ensure food quality, ticket times, and service flow meet brand expectations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, receiving, and waste control
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching of team members
- Provide performance feedback and uphold company policies
- Manage labor deployment and staffing levels
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, cash handling, and deposits
- Monitor KPIs and help identify opportunities for improvement
- Promote a positive, team-oriented culture
