In addition to daily operational oversight, the Assistant GM partners closely with culinary leadership to synchronize front-of-house and kitchen operations, enhancing guest experiences through seamless communication and efficiency. The role also involves strategizing on reservations, table management, labor allocation, and responding promptly to guest feedback with professionalism and urgency.

This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, complemented by a robust benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions, and paid time off encompassing vacation days, sick leave, and recognized holidays.
