Job Requirements
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in food and beverage
- Knowledge of operational procedures in food and beverage
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Experience in upscale or branded hotel or restaurant environments preferred

- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage operational procedures

- Prior leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in upscale or brand-specific hotel environments
Job Duties
- Reports to the Restaurant General Manager and supports daily restaurant operations
- Oversees and ensures proper training of all food and beverage personnel following the White Lodging Way guidelines
- Monitors communications, morale, and motivation of the food and beverage staff
- Ensures food, liquor, wine, and other beverage costs align with budget
- Oversees food and beverage operations during meal periods ensuring service standards are met
- Assists in issuing accurate weekly forecasts for planning and scheduling
- Performs other duties as required by the Restaurant General Manager
