Job Requirements

  • minimum 5 years food and beverage experience in a luxury environment
  • minimum 5 years leading a food and beverage team
  • post-secondary education is a plus
  • excellent communication skills
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including nights
  • proven track record of guest and team member engagement
  • ability to work in a fast-paced 24-hour operation

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 5 years experience in upscale luxury food and beverage operations
  • proven leadership experience managing teams
  • strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • post-secondary diploma or degree is an asset
  • ability to manage financial performance and guest satisfaction
  • flexible to meet demands of a 24-hour operation
