Job Qualifications
- Minimum five years of experience in food and beverage operations in an upscale luxury environment
- At least five years of leadership experience leading food and beverage teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record in guest engagement and financial performance
- Post-secondary diploma or degree is an asset
- Ability to work flexible hours in a 24-hour operation
Job Duties
- Lead and manage the food and beverage team within the AVIV Restaurant
- Motivate and develop team members to elevate service standards
- Oversee daily operations ensuring quality guest experiences and operational excellence
- Anticipate and swiftly resolve any challenges within the restaurant environment
- Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement among the team
- Manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction
