Job Requirements
- At least high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of management or leadership experience
- Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management is a plus
- Ability to work 45 hours per week including variable shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to perform restaurant duties including standing long periods, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds
- Valid driver's license
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to obtain and maintain required food safety licenses or certifications

Job Duties
- Lead and coach restaurant teams to deliver operational excellence
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage restaurant team members and shift managers
- Provide exceptional guest experiences and foster a welcoming environment
- Oversee scheduling, expense tracking, labor management, and local marketing efforts
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain restaurant cleanliness
- Identify and develop team talent through performance management and recognition
- Work variable shifts including opening, mid, closing, weekends, and holidays
