The Restaurant Assistant General Manager (AGM) at Level99 plays a pivotal role within the Food & Beverage leadership team, primarily responsible for managing the beverage program while promoting superior guest experiences. Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant or event operations management or a similar role
- Flexible schedule including days nights weekends holidays and emergency response
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week averaging 9 hours per day with seasonal increases
- Ability to work 9+ hour shifts and perform physical activities including standing sitting squatting walking using stairs for extended periods
- Ability to grasp reach overhead push lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High integrity and professionalism
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience working as a Restaurant or Event Operations Manager or equivalent in a high-volume entertainment and/or food and beverage business
- Proficient in adopting and using new operational technology
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail
- Positive energetic attitude leading by example
- Experience managing beverage programs
- Ability to lead and develop team members
Job Duties
- Manage total beverage program including inventory smallwares ordering and training
- Schedule train and develop servers and support staff aligned with Level99 core values
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment from job postings and budgets to interviewing and onboarding
- Collaborate closely with and support the entertainment team
- Maintain full knowledge of Brew Hall and Taproom menus
- Drive operational execution shift routines and facility maintenance
- Engage guests and cultivate regulars
