As a company, they emphasize fresh ingredients, vibrant energy, and a commitment to exceptional service that brings people together. This commitment extends not only to the food and customers but to their team members, who are valued and supported through growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits. The restaurant is noted for its inclusive environment, leadership development programs, and resources that help team members thrive both professionally and personally.

The role of Assistant General Manager (AGM) at Noodles & Company is a pivotal leadership position where you will work closely with the General Manager to drive restaurant success and operational excellence. Located in Longmont, Colorado, this full-time position offers a yearly pay range of $45,000 to $55,000 and involves a demanding but rewarding schedule that includes opening, mid, and closing shifts, as well as weekends and holidays. As an AGM, you will lead by example, coach and inspire your team, and oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a positive, efficient, and safe environment for both guests and employees.

In this role, you are responsible for recruiting and training new employees, managing schedules, tracking expenses, handling inventory, and supporting local marketing efforts. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of food safety, ensuring compliance with quality standards and health regulations. The Assistant General Manager must demonstrate excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, manage labor effectively, and recognize and cultivate talent within the team to promote high performance and growth. Physical demands include being able to stand for long periods, lift up to 55 pounds, and perform routine restaurant tasks. A valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain required food safety certifications are mandatory for this role.

Noodles & Company is more than just a restaurant; it is a place where employees can find not only a job but also a thriving career path, supported by leadership development programs, tuition assistance, and community-building initiatives. The company offers competitive pay with quarterly bonuses, health and wellness benefits, paid time off, and unique perks such as free meals after interviews and access to mental health, legal, and financial resources. Being part of Noodles & Company means joining a diverse, veteran-friendly workforce that values inclusion, growth, and the opportunity to bring your full self to work every day. If you are passionate about leadership, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and growing with a supportive team, this role promises a fulfilling and dynamic career in the fast casual dining industry.
