Job Requirements
- 3 plus years of proven experience as a manager or similar role in the food service industry
- Strong knowledge of catering banquet coffee culinary food handling food preparation restaurant operations and food production
- Strong knowledge of restaurant metrics
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficient in microsoft office suite

Job Duties
