We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in overseeing the restaurant operations. Job Requirements

  • 3 plus years of proven experience as a manager or similar role in the food service industry
  • Strong knowledge of catering banquet coffee culinary food handling food preparation restaurant operations and food production
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant metrics
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficient in microsoft office suite

Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects of the front of house operation including staff supervision inventory management and customer service including ensuring job codes and hours are correct in our POS system weekly scheduling best pricing practices etc
  • Oversee food preparation and quality control to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction
  • Train and mentor staff members to provide exceptional service
  • Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials
