The role of Assistant General Manager at Bojangles is pivotal in maintaining the standard of excellence that the company is known for. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years management experience
  • 18 years or older
  • Able to read, write and speak English
  • Possess valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
  • Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
  • Prior supervisory experience with coaching mindset
  • Experience onboarding employees at all levels
  • Prior Microsoft Office experience
  • Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
  • Ability to multi-task and lead teams in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently and lift 25+ lbs
