- Strong financial acumen and experience analyzing business performance
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales and profitability targets
- Knowledge of health safety and security regulations in the restaurant industry
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to travel and oversee multiple locations

Job Duties
- Guide operational excellence overseeing daily operations and overall performance across multiple restaurant locations
- Recruit train mentor and inspire managers and staff to build empowered high-performing teams
- Ensure compliance with health safety and security standards across all locations
- Analyze financial performance implement strategic action plans and meet sales and profitability targets
- Partner with restaurant leaders to ensure optimal staffing and operational efficiency
- Uphold organizational policies and foster a positive supportive company culture
- Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges to ensure smooth daily performance and guest satisfaction
