Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years multi-unit leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry
- At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Must be willing to relocate to Atlanta, GA 30331
- Ability to commute and work on-site in Atlanta, GA
- Commitment to creating a positive workplace culture
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
Job Qualifications

- Experience with recruiting, training, and managing performance of multi-unit teams
Job Duties
- Lead and manage multiple Pizza Hut restaurant locations to ensure operational excellence
- Recruit, select, train, coach, and motivate management teams across multiple units
- Develop and mentor restaurant managers to foster leadership and team collaboration
- Set and uphold high standards for customer service, product quality, and workplace culture
- Communicate effectively with team members, corporate partners, and stakeholders at all business levels
- Drive business performance by achieving sales, profit, and customer satisfaction goals
- Create a positive work environment that supports employee engagement and retention
