Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years management experience in hospitality or related industry
- Ability to lift and transport items up to 50 lbs
- Capability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to navigate stairs frequently
- Comfortable operating POS touch-screen devices
- Willingness to work in kitchen environments with exposure to heat and noise
- Physical ability to duck and move discreetly in theater settings
Job Qualifications

- Previous management experience in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment
- Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and G-Suite

Job Duties
- Manage cost of goods and maintain vendor relationships within assigned areas
- Report operational successes and improvement opportunities to General Manager
- Assist in monthly inventory processes
- Implement action items from profit and loss and operational efficiency reviews
- Uphold company core values and operational guidelines
- Lead front-of-house team service and support as needed
- Address patron complaints and transform experiences into positive outcomes
- Monitor patron feedback for improvement ideas
- Ensure operational and safety protocol compliance
- Maintain facility and equipment standards
- Develop and train team to improve retention
- Identify and develop key hourly leaders
- Track performance and conduct coaching
- Celebrate team successes
