Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years management experience in hospitality or related industry
  • Ability to lift and transport items up to 50 lbs
  • Capability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to navigate stairs frequently
  • Comfortable operating POS touch-screen devices
  • Willingness to work in kitchen environments with exposure to heat and noise
  • Physical ability to duck and move discreetly in theater settings

  • Previous management experience in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment
  • Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and G-Suite

Job Duties

  • Manage cost of goods and maintain vendor relationships within assigned areas
  • Report operational successes and improvement opportunities to General Manager
  • Assist in monthly inventory processes
  • Implement action items from profit and loss and operational efficiency reviews
  • Uphold company core values and operational guidelines
  • Lead front-of-house team service and support as needed
  • Address patron complaints and transform experiences into positive outcomes
  • Monitor patron feedback for improvement ideas
  • Ensure operational and safety protocol compliance
  • Maintain facility and equipment standards
  • Develop and train team to improve retention
  • Identify and develop key hourly leaders
  • Track performance and conduct coaching
  • Celebrate team successes
