Job Description

Lucky Strike Entertainment is one of the largest and most successful location-based entertainment companies in the world. With a portfolio that includes 360 upscale and traditional bowling centers, five expansive and well-located waterparks, a large amusement park in California, and 10 upscale Boomers Family Entertainment Centers in major markets, Lucky Strike has established itself as a powerhouse in the hospitality and entertainment industry. Founded in 1997 with a single bowling center, the company has grown exponentially to employ over 14,000 associates and generate nearly $1.4 billion in annual revenue. The core of Lucky Strike's mission is hospitality, and the company strives to deliver memorable experiences for every guest on every visit. The company fosters a culture of passionate winners, aiming to provide sustained career growth and opportunity for its team members.

The role of Restaurant and Operations Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment is a dynamic and integral position that requires leadership across multiple facets of hospitality operations. As a Restaurant and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing food and beverage, bar, and bowling operations across every shift to ensure seamless service flow and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. This role demands a hands-on leader who can flex into any role required on the floor, building and nurturing a team that consistently delivers exceptional hospitality without the need for constant oversight.

In this role, you will lead daily operations that encompass food and beverage service, bar management, kitchen oversight, bowling lanes, and arcade operations. You will drive revenue by promoting sales-focused service, upselling, engaging guests, and supporting events. Recruitment, training, coaching, and scheduling are key responsibilities, ensuring that your team meets company standards and genuinely serves guests well. You will also manage labor (scheduling and costs), control food and beverage costs through inventory accuracy, and meet daily financial targets. A critical aspect of the position is maintaining a visible presence on the floor to support both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams, resolving guest issues in real time, and fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork. Preparing the center to be fully operational and guest-ready during high-volume shifts will also be part of your responsibilities.

The Restaurant and Operations Manager role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment where leadership, financial acumen, and guest service excellence are essential. Lucky Strike Entertainment is committed to supporting its managers with competitive compensation ranging from $55,000 to $65,000 annually, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive company culture that values its people as the reason guests keep coming back.
